There wouldn't be any confusion if you just used the full words for the tags.
Netorare, netorase and netori. NTR is often enough used as a shortening to all three to be confusing.

If ever there were a reason for F95 to change their dumb stance on NTR tag (just have Netorare/Netori/Netorase already, ffs). This game literally has NTR in the title but still doesn't fall under their rules for what NTR is... I guess they should go tell the Japanese who invented the term what it really means so they can stop misusing it, lol. Meanwhile it's also not tagged as cheating when it is what netori is supposed to be marked as.

I don't think pirating this game will hurt the sales. It's a poor 5 minute fapper if you ask me, whereby you can go from 'Lick my ear!' to face- and boobslapping the living daylights out of this poor paperdoll in a matter of seconds. Throw in 'erotic' electrocutions out of nowhere, some silly RNG bargaining and see if you can find thousands of dopes willing to pay an equivalent of $10.00 for this one-trick pony of an H-game....

The reason the tag is the way it is is probably because its old, whoever tagged it the first time wasn't aware of the long standing english terms. There's a gulf of difference between cuckholding and being cuckholded, so having one tag for both is useless.
Then again on this and other sites I've seen people react very poorly to any sort of anything. They've gotten uptight about prostitution/pimping, other male characters having sexual relationships, being cheated on, or even basic bitch polyamory as 'being NTR'.

No one cares what NTR can mean in japanese. The site defines it as such. Polyamory and stealing others' love interests should not be tagged NTR.

The NTR tag does not include Netori. If the game does not a) have the MC with a romantic interest, and b) then have that romantic interest fucking someone else to make the MC jealous... it's not the NTR tag. It can be something else, but not NTR.
This includes situations where the MC is fucking someone else's romantic interest. NTR, but doesn't get the NTR tag.
And it kinda has to be this way--the reason for the tag is to tell people to avoid content. If someone is one of those who can't stand content where their cuckholds them, but loves being the bull cuckholding others, the way it is now serves their needs.
