For a short chapter, was overall pretty good, will there be choices in the future or will it stay kinetic? Also might have to recheck text, saw here and there some miss spelled words. But I will sure look forward to future chapters.

Main issues with choices/path if done right, will be massive work in future updates/chapters. Which will be like working on multiple games for a single game.
My main focus is to deliver new chapters and story progression every month, instead of disappearing for few months.
Hey mate, thanks for feedback. Yeah, there might be few grammar and other issues which will be ironed out in future chapters. When it comes to choices which out talking any other games name, I will simply put it this was - a lot of the games put in choices/paths just for the sake of having them with very little to no impact in game's progress.

I will try to make it happen in future chapters, as I have to rewrite multiple linked lines of codes (connected with MC name) as an amateur programmer without crashing or burning everything down which will leave me with a headache for sure but If I find easy way to do it sure mate.

You might want to run a spellcheck before releasing. lol In your very first screenshot, you have the woman saying, "It't the weedend honey". Now for many I'm sure the weekend is the weedend but simple text mistakes like that just show you're rushing too much. Good luck with the game. I love NTR and will definitely check it out once it's bigger.
