Identify NTR comic help

Hello,

I’m having trouble of locating the name of a particular NTR comic. I’ll post the story from memory

Scene:
The hero and his partner (female) arrived at an extravagant city, but unfortunately they seem to be low on funds. The hero’s partner approach’s the lord of the city asking for some money, but he convinces her to work as his maid.

near the end: The partner completely is obviously taken without the hero’s knowledge. The hero appears to have gotten quite chubby in the meantime, cause of the wealth before approaching another character that points it out.

I already have, but unfortunately it was no luck. I’ve also tried servant and fantasy, but no luck.
