I am curious about the translation but is all the omegaverse terminology part of the original japanese text. all this fucking talk about the greek alphabet people is turning me off.

Since anime is kinda mainstream, googling words as they sound and adding japanese to the search (as in "kimo japanese") tends to give you an answer. Though, if you watch subbed anime, maybe you've heard "kimochi warui" or "kimoi", which is used in anime for "gross", which pretty much describes OrenoHut's NTR guys.

Lexist in addition to this, Ota being short for Otaku means that you might see some characters named Kimoo or Kimoota which is just "Creepy/disgusting nerd" in meaning. I remember that Flan game had a character named similar.

The dialogues outside battles were downright atrocious.

I keep forgetting why Orenohut isn't on my list of favorite devs until I play one of their games again.
The overall experience was fine; I enjoyed the number of H-scenes and the side npcs being dragged into the debauchery was great. My biggest gripe is that 0-100 in the first H-scene, where there is a random reason why the character is super slutty and is committing the first sexual act.
For just the H-scenes I would probably come back to this, not a big fan of the double tit-job though, the mouths reminded me of NTR Knight and I could only think of octopus face lmao.

Am I the only one, who keeps walking straight through characters or walls when using these save files?

Probably not, they use the noclip function and afterwards forget to disable it, which is a problem bc if you use a tool other than the one they switched it with, it will not solve the problem

Sure. Recollection Room in Save 17. It's not 100%, I think. But I'm pretty sure I unlocked most of them.
