The mansion maps have worse performance thanks to a plugin that controls visibility of rooms, but it shouldn't lag. As you say, it might be a hardware issue
I actually want to say something about the mansion, the layout of it sort of confuses me with the bathrooms that are at the stairs leading to the second floor, the long and thin corridor leading to the ashes and the weird room with the pipes for example.
I actually really like it! It makes the mansion feel very eerie and off in some sense. If that is the intention then it really nailed it.

I agree, but the developer clarified that English is not his native language and that it is possible to find that type of error in dialogues
Does the MC get to have scenes with the girls too? Does he have any influence on the relationships and can he defend them? Or is the MC just a complete and utter loser?
I'm an NTR fan myself. in fact, most of the games I play have NTR. But in all of them, the MC can fight back. This feels good because I first play the vanilla route as the main path, and then I play the NTR route for the ultimate pleasure
But when you know from the very beginning that my fate is absolute and all-encompassing defeat, it doesn't give me a good feeling. I feel terribly for the MC. Maybe it's because I'm not a true NTR fan. In any case, I'd appreciate it if someone could answer my question
