I think female-MC cheating games are generally badly-written (stupid blackmail plots, ugly bastards, rape), but these are the better ones I've seen despite the flaws:

The game barely uses text, you could probably play it untranslated.

Unfortunately I don't think Kanade was ever fully translated, so it's kind of hard to enjoy. My personal favorite of these games was Leanna.
