I edited the save to have practically infinite Hypnosis power and 99 actions and hypnotize count. Attached it below.
If you want the NTR ending just go "Hypnotize(sexual) -> Making All Erotic." whenever you can. You don't need a modified save to do that fast. It's only 3k per 10%.
If you want some sex with the girls first you instead choose "Hypnotize(sexual) -> Making girls Erotic."
Then you press "Hypnotize".
There isn't much character development, but it seems like their attitude is updated when you skip the day. So don't go nuts just because you have the action points to do so.
If the girls don't load when booting up, press the "System" button once.
The save goes in: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\uwasano\Netorare_Ninsin_Saimin_School

I don't really feel the NTR in this either. For it to be NTR there has to be some sort of emotional loss.
In this case we have a hypnotist that can turn around on a dime and hypnotise someone else instead.
If the story had been built in a way that portrayed MC as caring about getting close to these girls specifically and finally having a shot of it because of hypnotism and then failing.. it would be fair to call it NTR, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
As it is it's just 'people' having sex with no relation to each other.
There is some humiliation in it though since some of the girls are being nasty towards MC in the unlocked scenes. The humiliation just isn't related enough to NTR.

This game MIGHT be a rip off of "Let's Turn The Pick-Up Beach into a Free-For-All Nudist Fucking Beach!!" if it is then it deserves the poor reviews. If it is inspired by the same game and it gets updates to fix it's extreme balance issues, then this might turn out pretty good. Either way ignore this game for now. (Sorry for the long comment I would have made this a review but that would have broken one of the rules.)
