Ok...
1. The Sam beach response you posted was more harsh than the one I had. I didn't piss Sam off before and told her I'd protect, look after Liz. I was on lovers route until after camping trip...and was nice to Sam after. She was very understanding, supportive even...
2. Tell 'Matt' wait one more day in that special chat room. (this might work on your route).
3. Told other colleague to 'go for it'. Not sure if you can make the other choice and it still work.
4. I did not have to give Sam $700, she went on her own... but again, I didn't make her mad before that later beach trip, so she was only 'mad', she didn't hate me...lol
5. Only get choice to stay in one room if you tell Matt to fuck her immediately. If you say wait, Matt doesn't show up, yet.
6. Liz has fun with colleague; again, not sure that can be avoided and get Matt-Sam, but it might work, haven't tested it.
7. Next day, Liz says guess who showed up? Sam...
8. Sam hooks up with Matt while Liz listens in her room. Matt posts the pics... keep going, Matt and Sam hook up next day, too

Sounds like you did NTR to NTRS, or Liz willpower was too low on whatever happy-NTRS route you had.
My NTR-NTRS play through is the one Liz wore the yellow shirt...her willpower was non-existent...lol
Could also be Sam is too mad at you... idk for sure.

Check your save name...if it shows NTR, yeah, probably fucked.
You could try maybe telling Liz to not dress more lewd on the train, don't go to the bathroom and such...play it "safe", something to keep her willpower up a bit...idk. If it's because Sam is too pissed at you, you're definitely fucked...lol

The point you posted, keep going... Matt does fuck her in the office that day, then Sam shows up...

yeah, some of these pic routes are temperamental...
I stumbled across the Matt-Sam photos by accident, I wasn't specifically going for them...
I was trying to bump Liz lewd up a bit at that point at the beach, it of course made Sam upset.
I just kept going and omg, Sam fucks Matt...

Game closes automatically after some time in my android phone , and if dev sees this could you do something for returning players to not again go through the bulk of the story. Just the update after wherever they left off
