as it stand currently everything is carried over from one version to the next. HOWEVER, if in the futur the dev make some background change, for example to the save system, it's possible that certain things, like for example teh saves, become impossible to carry over. The dev usually say as much when this happen. (and it happened only once due to heavy change in how the save system worked around 0.13 or something) so you really shouldn't worry much about having to go into some internal files to manually carry over things.Hi! Hell you're more likely to go into them and open the persistent picture files to patch the string of codes to unlock every new pictures I usually put here from main patch to main patch.
Oh, thank you! So if I just download this version of the game [V.0.19.7] while my older version of the game is still on my computer, it would carry over? Also, my latest version that I downloaded was [V.0.19.2], and I'm curious if the difference between the .2 and the .7 is on the level of content and content updates, or if it is only technical patches (and the content updates then maybe only happen in the digits before that, like .19,.20,.21,...)?

I play on mobile...everytime I get a new version, it up my game and all saves and so on still there...no problems
Has to reset my phone and I don't want to start from beginning so any help like use others save file ?
The difference between 0.19.2 and 0.19.7? You get the Lovers and Happy path with additionnal bug fixing.
For the saves you keep everything between versions.
For the content it is mailnly the version number (0.17, 0.18, 0.19). Then .2, .7 are technical/bug fix updates.
The 0.19 version was a bit different because the Lovers/Happy was severely bugged and required to be split in two (0.19.2 and 0.19.6).

And if you are wondering there is usually three to four weeks between major update, while bug fixes patches most of the time during the first week.
The 0.19 situation where the content was basically split in two is rather unusual as it is only the second time this happened.
Major update contain story update for every route so nobody is left on the sidewalk, quality of life, background codes changes, update to the many little things like message at the bottom of matt pictures etc... Bug fixes rarely, add new things but are literally just bug fixes once a blue moon nosy add something more like a new secret picture or something but it's largely inconsequential for the main bulk of the game, bug fixes patches are bug fixes patches.

I also did a run like what you suggested Sam reacted to the Skirt but I didn't get S5, is there something specific I'm supposed to do?
Again you need to play that part in the 0.19.7 version to get E11 (it unlock after you return to Liz convo after Richard flushed everyone out).
Did you pick every NTS option while Liz has gone shopping/bar with Sam? And at the uni too?
Since you got Sam reacting you tell her it was your idea and have Liz to confirm.

Probably NTR Messenger, as it has a similar office/boss scenario and uses a social media account for you to figure out what's happening.
