2 months late reply but yeah I did, pretty good game overall only complaint being it feels like a glorified CG gallery, I still don't know how the insemination mechanic works (I think it works on a timer where on day 25 or so she gets inseminated if anyone came inside her before then). CG itself is only black and white still images they bob around to give the feeling of motion, if you liked the thumbnail you'll probably like it. Also there's a few CGs I don't know how to get in game but they are available in the CG gallery (6 of them, mating press with cat ears, airborn reverse nelson and choking with a few others). It's still not translated so don't count on the dialogue for now.

Recently, I can’t open or access any pages or games on DLsite. DLsite says, “SORRY... You cannot buy this product from the country/region you live in.” I don’t know how to fix this.

yea, generally a Japanese VPN location should do the trick. Tho sometimes even Tokyo gets blocked so you gotta specifically choose a location outside of Tokyo, like Osaka for example.
I think the main issue is that some of the games listed on DLSite are illegal in certain countries. Depending on the exact text of law and the interpretations by local courts. And to protect themselves legally DLSite and co. have started to block specific countries entirely from the site or region-lock specific products. Sometimes which games are getting blocked is a bit arbitrary though, since there are def. games that are still displayed outside of Japan that 100% should be illegal by a lot of national laws around the world while other stuff that gets blocked its not clear why the hell it would be.
