I have this idea as my ideal NTR game.
The idea come from being so fed up with what I consider poor game design: winning the game rid the players of NTR H-scenes or turning it into a vanilla game.
Instead of that, the game will have the player manage the female lead's psyche through various kind of interaction: gifting, conversing with the husband/boyfriend,... It's somewhat similar to My... 1st part, as long as the girl's sanity stay above 0, the scenario will continue to escalate further (the usual porn game progression, you could say).
=> So playing poorly would make the female lead lose herself thus ending the game prematurely.
Otherwise, player would: continue with the corruption of the female lead, further exposing to the lore and the porn equally.
Ultimately, the ending would depend on the player's taste: playing well enough would get you the break up/divorce ending; noticing the lore, playing better would get you to true end where the bad guys are punished, the couple then could be reunited or go separate ways. Personally, I like the ending where wounded people can get together to heal each other's wounds. (This is also similar to the true end of Nebel btw and yes, one of the reason I like that game because the True End doesn't require you to play a straight up vanilla game)
