It has alot of hot moments, then they get ruined then redeemed then mega ruined/unless you like the twist lol (I kinda liked it) I just skipped the shota stuff cuz the cg's were not nearly as good as the middle age route (which yeah its the main focus) Honestly wait for a translation.

Do you guys have some NTR recommendations for games you would usually not mention? Like making ntr scenarios in sims 4 with mods, heard something about crusader kings as well. Would be curious if you recommend some other games with access to some content, preferably with adult option through at least mods but could be without.

is there consciousness? cause I do not like those unconscious games, or trying not to make the character conscious. it is just not for me.
i understand if there is an unconscious portion, but i do not like if unconsciousness is throughout the whole thing.

Uh, the game does not have an NTR tag, and the story description on the page mentions nothing about lover/childhood friend/whatever, so there's no ambiguity here. It just straight up isn't ntr.
And fwiw, I've browsed Japanese social media and even they can't seem to agree on the exact definition of ntr...

Sorry, I don’t have any information about his upcoming game yet here I was still yapping about it. But if there’s a female protagonist who has a boyfriend or husband and she cheats, then it would definitely be labeled with the NTR tag.
I do agree, though some games label the female protagonist label as NTR even when her lover doesn’t appear at all. I hate when some fMC games has the NTR tag but missing cheating or vice versa. It makes it hard for me to find the kind of games I’m actually looking for.
Japan is very flexible with its definition of NTR.
Practically anything that involves jealousy or "things being stolen" will get slapped with the NTR tag.
Mom/sister falls in love with an ikemen? NTR.
Popular class president falls in love with bully? NTR.
A pre-existing romantic relationship helps, but is not required.
In fact, many NTR works deal with unrequited potential love. (BSS, so to speak. But still falls under the NTR umbrella.)
NTR is one of those "you know it when you see it" things. If it causes vanillalords to seethe, it’s probably NTR.
It’s also why I don’t classify Nuko Majin works as NTR. There is no potential for love, the FMC is just an emotionless vehicle that uses sex to gain power. The characters are just so unrelatable you don’t get that feeling of rage that you do in traditional NTR works.
