Are we being a little too harsh on Zombio? I mean, it's still a solid game overall, I'd rate it a lot higher than NTRKnight.

i agree with what other people said about karaage games, but for me it's because they turn into netorase pretty much always. even when it's netorare to some degree he steers it into netorase by the end. maybe he leaves an ending or two as "bad ends" which are netorare but it's like 99.99% netorase story with a bad end as netorare. he doesn't do humiliation stuff or emotional pain from abandonment either outside of small sections. combined with lots of female protagonist/using the female lead to make choices and move around it doesn't really appeal to me. there's parts i like and stories i like for example newlywed twin sword and succumb but they're not really great as purely netorare.

I actually don't rate NTRknight all that high, at least from my only playthrough, i know many here loved it but to me it was kind of meh.
Same, i like linear story progression
In NTRKnight you just run around collecting scene, it got carried by the arts.

Yeah, and if i remember well there wasn't enough interaction betweent he MC and heroine, and i think the MC knew about the corruption? I think he did wich to me was a turn off since there wasn't any reasonable excuse about why he didn't intervene.
Zombio was a very good game. I don't think it stands up to the best of the genre but it certainly is one of the better games in recent times.
Yeah, I'd say its one of the best in the last year. Atleast we got a decent game, most games nowadays are absolute garbage.

Yea this game was actually pretty good. Def better than NTRKnight.
Would have really preferred a little bit more into the corruption aspect tho. They kinda jumped into it.
I don't know if it shines, but the art is way better than a lot of the things I see in this genre. It also doesn't shine in gameplay but doesn't do anything particularly bad imo.
For me Zombio was good. I think it's a bit of a shame the random corruption events (like when you get home and she's with the bull) just stop happening when you unlock all of them. It would be good if you came home and she was just not there and fucking the guy in his apartment or something, like it became part of the routine. Other than that I think it was fun and different enough, I didn't mind the fast corruption that much, for me it's a bit more annoying when games take too long for anything to happen.

The hidden aspect of this game is pretty decent, and even though it's not fully voiced, the voice acting is still very well done, especially in the phone call scene. Lastly, the fact that it's not linear and has a few side scene (although not too many) aside from the main quest is great. You can hardly find any hidden NTR game comparable to this one in 2024.

for a first game from the dev. I can comment on certain things, it came out fast, the story was finished, the scenes were good enough. hell finishing a game I think is already comendable.
