It's technically not legal but porn games almost never get big enough for it to be worth it to most copyright holders to bother with as far as I know. Nintendo's the only exception and seems to go after just about anything.

It is a japanese thing. As far as I know, a lot of manga artists get their start on doujins, basically making your own story, often erotic in nature, with copyrighted material. That's why they don't go hard on going after such things.

That's fair, I don't hate the game I really fell in love with the first part and will probably return to the second part once the story is finished, just feel like atm I have a hard time following where the story is going but maybe once I play through all of it again I can appreciate it more.

On another note I must say I fell in love with phone simulators recently, mainly this one. I feel like most phone sims are using AI art which I don't personally like but that one utilizes 3d cg's and creates some good scenarios, I hope in the future there's gonna be more of them because I think it's a concept that's awesome and easy to reproduce.

I agree there's alot, but most of them are either AI CG or real porn, of the ones u listed for example only stay online and a phone affair were done without those. I just prefer either actual drawn stuff or 3d cg's, which are kinda scarce in that genre.

It is pretty much like reminiscence room, the MC doesn't react to it either. You had to do something wrong or ignore her desires to have the CGs happen. Eg. leaving her alone on the first floor to train.

It's possible that you can interrupt the NTR specifically with Lawrence like nebel, just that I had some glitches that prevented me from advancing to that point. I hope its just a product of being a demo

(like you wrote before) there was someting substantial, like more of a ususal scene in this bar with backgrounds and dialogues. And it's quite doable given majority of games are using Unity, Renpy or Unreal engine and a lot of them - AI, which can generate all sorts of scenes and backgrounds, like in Mila AI or Blurring the Walls, Shadow of Ambition.

But you'd need to opt for this - AI - strategically. Can get easy pick of some pics from real porn for faces and photos of fucking being sent over the phone, but there will be no flexibility for those scenes 'outside the phone'. And you can't mix AI and real porn, right?

But the devs either opted for real porn, or haven't thought about it or they opt for easy way of sticking to the phone format - you generate a few pics of faces, underwear and fucking each update (not draw or render, I mind you, generate) and add on top of that pile of text slop and rake in the cash, sometimes seemingly unreasonable pile of it given generated pics and forms of phone and buttons etc. moving from one update to another without any major changes. Guess you mostly have to write dialogues (text).

And text wise, or plot wise... It's kind of more substantial thing and more demanding than generating AI pics. E.g. I liked Netorase Phone when I played it some updates ago from the beginning, but now they write like it's been quite the sameish few last updates, just some new chars appearing to fuck your GF? It's either lack of some overall plan for the game and drifting plot-wise, or sadly the dev turned the milking mode (or maybe it's both).

P.S. And there were few messages here recently about possibility of using more of 'phone stuff' is usual games, RPGM made mostly? Messaging, photos. Think many started to do this after Scars of Summer, but it's kind of poorly made. There is a room for improvement here and I'd welcome that, generally a mix of some usual gameplay and these 'phone games' would look and play cool, IMO. More immersive maybe, closer to real life? Though it might be difficult to execute and resource consuming, like implementing a lot of that phone stuff using RPGM engine.

Thats imo boring. I really love as many sprinkles as possible. You get to look for possible hidden ntr stuff happening around town. You possibly get phone sexting as you are going about your quest. As you are killing monsters, the heroines gets molested (like ntr online for example). When you hit escape, you perhaps get hints about what is happening in status screen (again ntr online).

While going on your quest, you might get cut ins of stuff happening elsewhere. Just snapshots for example (again ntr online - thats why I really like the game). Or for example in curse of kubel as you walked around you would randomly get grope cg cut-ins etc.

You get a steady fulfilling stream of porn content that has you guessing and engaged. Rather than sorta disjointed self contained scenes.

I think it's more personal though since I really enjoy that element, but I guess it's because one of my main fetishes is also voyeurism and my favorite of those works with hidden cams that track what the girl is doing with other guys aside from just sending messages. I think for it to be a good game it definitely has to have more workaround systems than just simple texting and images, but I think even that element alone can be executed well if the developer invests alot of work to make it immersive. Sadly most of these games are created in a more or less simplistic way, which makes them hard to enjoy in a sophisticated way.
