like his first game its entertaining and good the only lack I see its that the homunculus only have one scene (and maybe its a little short like the first game tho) :c

That does not exist, as far as i am aware. The closest you can ever get, and they are not even remotely decent. Is Seed of the Dead 2 Sweet Home and MAYBE Blood Crawler, but i have not played it, it was uninteresting to me.
Practically most anything that focuses on NTR Content, is RPGMs or VNs. Rarely ever outside those two.
Yeah, VNs in 3d are good aswell, I wasnt specifically thinking about the gameplay being 3D; the art.

Ah, okay. Then you will be disappointed to hear that such Art Style, tends to not be favorable, and not preferable. There are...some, that has this. But they are quite rare, and most of the time, they do not have NTR as their major focus, more like a optional content with small amounts of it. And there are some abandoned that used 3D style artwork, so you have that.

btw, are there any NTR games where the "cuck" is actually an alpha—strong and powerful—while the "bull" is beta? I can't recall any games with this specific dynamic, but two TV shows come to mind with similar themes. In Magic City, the protagonist is intimate with a mob boss's wife while fearing the consequences of being discovered. Similarly, in Spartacus, Batiatus is aware that his wife is sleeping with Crixus. I’m not sure if I’ve made my theme clear, but these examples reflect what I have in mind.
