At worst the game is multiple POV, some of the posts on fanbos clearly show things from the MC POV
It's still can be considered NTR if her boyfriend/fiancee/crush has active screen time instead of being just a tail to the story.
better not entertain these kind of people, lost many counts everytime female mc is being brought up in ntr. They might hate it, but in reality , it's still ntr.
