Go to DLSITE and Find best NTR games you like.. follow the CIEN of the DEV, Play their released games if you havnt...Keep a lookout for their CIEN posts (also check history of posts for the current works)..you will more often thn not, find Free trials of the new games they are working on...use Mtool to translate and play them while you wait.
Additionally, I feel like one should have MTOOL Premium..because u can thn download any japanese RPGM game you like and translate it to play without having to wait for a good translation...GPT 3.5 Is pretty good translation tool MTOOL premium provides.
you have deepseek for $3 on tier 1, far better than gpt 3.5, its only on tier 2 becouse of how inefficient and power demanding it is to run, not becouse its better in quality.

If I'm remembering right, in the first game the antagonist goes after mc's girlfriend, in second game it's his colleague/friend, and in the third game steals his sister. I thought the third game was way better than the first two because the sister had the most personality and the best looks.

There are so, so few decent games in this category. Shadows of Desire is the only kinda-good one I've seen semi-recently.
i think your best bet is searching the netorare tag here and in dlsite, that pretty much covers 90% of all ntr content not counting VNs.

Been there, done that. I started giving a try to the NTR games I've been avoiding due to artstyle or certain tropes until I ran out of them too. Now I'm just keeping myself to some non porn games for now. Maybe take a break from porn games and play some normal ones too. It gets very draining trying to scrape every content for your fetish to the point I got tired of constantly checking this forum...

There's also Shadows of Desire but it has a major heroine bloat. I really wish NTR devs stopped doing that.
