Does anyone know any other NTR games like the ones from Broken English or the game Nebel Geisterjäger where you have love and other stats and can find them on the map doing stuff? I think I have played them all, lol.
I have not, and that looks great, thank you! One of my previous favorites had been A Wife's Phone but it's so absurdly bloated and buggy now that I've given up on it.

No it's just "gender bender" in the sense that the MC is playing a girl character inside the VR MMO. No sissy vibes, as of yet at least.

The game by Ghost_SM or Natyusyo? Ghost was kinda meh personally, Natyusyo is always great on a first play through I find and then when you're corrupted it kinda falls off.
That's just me though, I more prefer the build up to the fall than the actual fall itself
To be fair if you have played quite a few, chances are high you would get a recommendation of a game you already played.
If you would tell others what games you already have played, it gives newbies a game or two to play and people with the same kink as you an opportunity to see which game you have not played, yet.
