I don't know if I'm too open-minded or if you guys need everything to be 100% explicit for it to work, imagine saying that NTRPG isn't NTR because the MC doesn't have sex, pure skill issue imo.

That's not really what they're saying.

It's more so that the MC and girls are so detached from each other that none of the ntr hits and just feels like random characters having sex.

MC doesn't need to get anything for it to be NTR. But if it feels like there is zero connection between the characters, how can it feel like ntr? That's kinda the biggest requirement. Basically just a scene collector game without it.

Are you that blinded by that shitty game? Can't even read a paragraph properly? I never said anything related to the MC having sex or not (I even prefer the MC not having sex).

It's funny because even the "sex" scenes are so fucking boring, they lack passion completely. It's crazy how lower the quality went after HC2, that one feels so much better, it's probably because he diversified too much, everything is all over the place

I tried to get into it and found myself enjoying the renders and story, but holy shit the gameplay is so bad. Why do devs shit on their own games by adding minigames and puzzles that make you want to quit? I'm not one of those people adverse to focusing on the 'game' part of 'porn games', but if you're gonna do that you have to at least make it tolerable. So many parts of this are a buggy mess, and I'm not gonna lower myself to play a game that requires me to check the forum for help or download mtool just to have a smooth expierence.

It's self-sabotage. Not to mention according to what people say, the game is super slow burn. How do you make a game that's not only super slow burn, but interlaced with puzzles and minigames. It's like you want people to not play your game.

I can't disagree more. I really like the gameplay in Secret Dawn. I do agree it can sometimes be buggy, but I like when NTR games try new things rather than just trying to spoon-feed generic NTR stories w/o any meaningful gameplay.

The game fails on the most basic things you need to check for a good NTR game, like the MC feeling involved, it feels like you are a spirit wandering around the place, a ghost. Along with that, the girls feels so disconnected from the MC it doesn't even feels like NTR. Don't get me started on how boring the corruption of the girls is.

all this why i never cared for this game not sure how people glaze it so much, its awful

Looking for a game I played a while back,

Premise was couple needed a deal for money, buyer shows up with a magician lady. Content is around the wife who is also the maid and a former slave. Main scene i remember is the buyer having her under the table during the negotiations. been a long time, might even be a trial that died out. any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I support the dev since quite a long time and I agree it's very good and keeps getting better.

Played it pretty early in development and the game was very cumbersome to play. The minigames were fun, but grinding them got tiring. You werent really sure what exactly you are supposed to do, as the game didnt give clear enough hints where and at what time you were supposed to go (the town has schedule that keeps moving on as time progresses. So it becomes very hard to just stumble on where you were supposed to go).

Did that get fixed? Is the game more smooth now?

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Summer Stolen Paradise... Nah, I'm joking. Yeah, it's pretty smooth now. Even if it gets a little grindy, there's always a guide on their main thread.

I'm mainly invested for Liz content now, and I just hope Fujino sensei doesn't rush her arc like he did with the final moments of the hotel arc with Asuna.

The magic of Summer Stolen Paradise is that we have good pixel scenes, good CG and the minigames (corruption related ones) are not found on any other recent game, I know using a guide is bad but... it's worth it, I prefer this tradeoff than having literally no HOT gameplay like most other games.

I'd say that it's the equivalent of comparing Navigating the Rift to other VN's like Falling Undercover, yeah, FUNS is good but is it as hot as Navigating the Rift? Most would probably say no.

My point is that all of those I mentioned are better than summer stolen paradise (okay I guess misanthropy might be more subjective). Though that game is good (I am guessing after oiling the rougher spots in grind etc), its definitely not the best.
