Another title to mention is Rinatest. I consider this one to be on equal with NTRPG 2 BUT it would've been much higher if it didn't force MC to cheat on his girlfriend and finished the side stories of some NPCs. On a good side this game has lots of H-scenes and endings, not to mention you can even steal villain's girlfriend (though she's more like his sex pet).
I don't consider NTRPG 2 as some high bar personally. It's one of the first goated pixel only games but it's more like a game for a quick fap IMO.

Nostalgia and it being probably the first good NTR most people played back then makes it appear much better. Though a lot of newer games could take some notes from it. It depicted the futility of characters efforts really well (like the character training so much to be a swordsman only to completely suck compared to the villain). Also sidestepped the usual grope-hj-titjob-BJ-thighjob-sex-anal-group progression that has become so predictable.

Yeah I'm sure nostalgia plays a major part but you're very right about the progression.

Yeah clipick games. Sometimes its cli-pick, kuripick, and other weird dev name translations. Wailing guignol and mind luda should be translated. Not sure about other works.

I remember playing NTRPG2 and frantically training the sword in hopes to somehow 'win' even though the game was on a rail in the end. If the game doesn't get you committed even falsely it kind of failed. Alternatively, too many NTR games provide a avoidable route but only put like one pic on it... like c'mon I still downloaded the game to fap lol

I know I'm always sucking up to Cli Pick, but I think his way of making games is the best. N_Taii does that too. NTR is unavoidable. What you change are the endings.
And somehow some endings can be truly happy.

I appreciated ntrpg2 for what it is but unfortunately 'pixels' do nothing for me porn wise. That's why I had to drop henteria and rinatest.

I somehow finished ntrpg2 and even marie xmas but that's because I enjoyed the story and overall atmosphere. Trippy as hell.

I know some people got ptsd from it but dark humor and absurdity of some situations made me chuckle at times personally.

You forgetting to add your own favorite Nitro Nil is kind of strange to see, haha. Consider Nanaha was translated by Saikey too. Mind Luda got some additional scenes or DLC some time ago, but my understanding is that only initial version was translated by Dazedanon.

I dont forget it. I just cant remember if it has translation. They wanted games in english and I played it with mtool every time.
