I liked this game more, I'm glad I bought it instead of "Rain Monster." "Rain Monster" is just okay, good for a one-time play. The prologue is certainly confusing, but after that there's nothing really special.

For crying out loud, broke fellas, and others, forget MTool already. Seriously.

Install Luna Translator. One scenario it won't beat MTool at is if there is a lot of various menus with stats, choices, options and shit in the game (Like in the latest NTR Case game, it'd inject/extract the main text, but likely won't work on those menus, or will require manually select them too to be hooked.) And it kind of will be slower as it'll translate as you go, not translate everything in advance as MTool does, but still.

Offline LLMs available, online using API too. Shitloads of other translators and settings too. Translations can be shared freely which greedy fucking dev of MTool locked (exporting to json files or something). Translaton can be embedded in case of RPGM games, at least some (I tried just one or a few; i.e. you'll see translation right in game instead of original text much like with MTool).

I prefer two models for translation from Japanese, suitable for reasonable amount of VRAM of 8-12Gb at Q4_K_M quants:
- Floppa-12B-Gemma3-Uncensored.i1 (mradermacher) (that one recent and bigger, probably better to have 10-12GB at least).
- Gemma-2-Llama-Swallow-9b-it-v0.1.i1 (Tokyotech) (that one older, not worse, I mind you, and can be squeezed in 8GB cards).

Imagine everyone using it and then just sharing translations here at the level of between Sugoi and Deepseek/ChatGPT in case of local LLMs or those mentioned online models. E.g. ktez mentioned translating some recent game here using Deepseek with Luna Translator (along with Google Translate which is funny, for the reason of it being faster), and I bet it can be shared rather easily. Not sure how the second translation will affect that though. We'd have quite a library of translations...

Moreover, if you share a file with translation, the point of it all being slower than Mtool goes away cause it will load translation momentarily from json file instead of generating offline or online.

I can probably share in some time translation of with the first local model (Floppa) as an experiment.

I finished it too, my issue with these RPG Bakin games is the animation frames are just too slow, although if handled properly I see some pretty good games coming out of it.

Also the NTR in that game is just so loose, u have to sleep and repeat to get most of the scenes, I was able to finish the levels so easily and later used flashback room to see the scenes

Req thread with Link

Game has been pretty all right so far at the start. Scenes look pretty good from previews and consistent even though AI-Assisted, not fully AI-generated supposedly.

Only one bull but even though I haven't got to the sex scenes, he has already given MC enough opportunities to act and even asked his relation with the girls more than once. So, I guess he is kind of the bro type that doesn't hide he is a playboy from the group. While not revolutionary, still better than ones who their only positive trait is their sex skill lol.
Girls look good but they seem pretty one dimensional but still likeable at least so far. MC even though he is not strong or forward is still likeable enough for you to see why the girls would love him early on.

Gameplay is pretty refreshing for a RPGM. Auto-combat, not grindy or annoying, quick access to skill menu that can also be used out of combat. Don't think it is quite peak yet, but is a step in the right direction compared to games that still use classic RPGM combat or games that make combat/minigames and just want you to lose to get the good stuff.

So pretty decent, heard it is linear and unavoidable NTR but don't mind those.

Guys, Rain Monster is ass. Yes, I said it.

We are doomed.

(Atleast the first route, I'm too tired to test the other ones)

The thing here is that there is no pixel art, not even a small try, nothing. Not just that but you need to be skipping time constantly to get new scenes, it's a literal VN, the other game that got recommended here yesterday is so much better.
That's why it feels like it's wasting your time, maybe if it was a VN directly it would be better? (I don't even like VN's but I'd take it if the game is just trying to waste my time constantly)

Don't tell me you didn't lose focus while playing this, it gets so boring because of the bad gameplay... not just that but you just can't get excited with how it is, it's like it turns you off constantly because it's so boring.

If you didn't end up going to the recollection room (THAT IS pretty good) and just unlocking everything, you are a psychopath. I respect you but you are.

Just finished playing Knightorare (NTR Knight on F95 Zone), and wondered if there were similar games out there?

I liked the time management of either searching for the love interest and potentially finding her to save her from the untoward suitors, or raising stats to progress through the exams; however it was trivial in this game and I would prefer something more difficult.

In general I prefer corruption games where I can try to save the protagonist, but will probably fail, but might succeed. I haven't really found many at all.

Finished 1 route of rain monster and well... I expected absolute zero and its... okay? Like I didnt mind it. But at the same time 0 expectations and ntr drought. Guess thats called mid?

Maybe it will get much better in other routes. But the route I played was the one that was most up my alley. As others said, the having to sleep constantly was a bit annoying. There were a few "hidden" ntr scenes that were pretty nice, but kinda expected more. There were many things that I thought "oh, this is a setup for this type of hidden ntr! Nice! Cant wait for that scene!" - except you never get that scene from mc pov. There is a flashback, and I guess its obvious something happened. But...

Dunno. Also the art is a bit.. its weird, first time I can say that the animation art fidelity is way better than the stills. No idea why that is the case.
