Why is it that when I read through this thread, I get the feeling that most NTR fans don't identify with the MC, but rather with the "bull"?
Is my observation off, or is this actually how most NTR fans play these games? I’m just asking out of curiosity... because if you don't really care about the MC, doesn't the enjoyment diminish significantly,right(?)

Depends. Occasionally both the cuck and bull are irrelevant and its entirely on the girls point of view and how she got corrupted.

Not necessarily. Some people don't have a cuckold fetish but rather the fetish of "stealing" the girl is just as popular and probably more popular. To be honest I don't care about the MC or the bull, I just like the idea of slow and steady corruption. A beautiful, pure, strong willed girl giving in over time to base desires is hot, especially when it's someone far beneath her.

I don't "identify" with any character. I just like the situation happening and the corruption. I care that there is some fight to the MC to increase the immersion. To be honest, I doubt many people actually truly self inserts in eroges....
