I still have no guts to play this game even after spoiling the story. I did play a bit once but chickened out before anything happened haha. Although games that are intense to me are usually the most arousing.
It's a damn shame that this was never given a translation outside of a rough MTL a few years back. There's a whole catalogue of excellent NTR VN's that are still yet to be translated many years after release.

It's definitely something to experience. I highly recommend it, because honestly there is nothing quite like it. It even makes the most hardcore NTR fans feel a little bad.
