Usually, when people ask if a game has NTR, the reason is similar to somone who wants to know, if there are certain ingredients in their food.
It's not that they want it, it's because they don't like/can't stand it.

If your game is literally named "NTR" and people ask if it has NTR, those people are probably a bit stupid. Or they're just funposting.

If your game is named something else and you didn't clearly specify in any notes about the content, people are naturally going to ask about the content. Especially if there's no tag for it, but Tyrone-kun is chatting up your waifu more than a vanilla game feels it should.

NTR is a very polarizing fetish. Make it absolutely clear and obvious what content your game will have in your notes.
