Tiramisu made another game and completed it while remix was in development.

No new news since the news about the separation between Tiramisu and CB. CB will continue to make Remix without Tiramisu and Tiramisu will partner with Mango Party to bring the original to Steam. So there might be two Ntraholic on Steam one day.

Have we had the Mango Party thing confirmed by Tiramisu?

No they make money by scamming the creator generally. Making the game would take more money to make.

Ah, that's a big shame. I guess that means their incentive is to keep something like this in development hell for as long as possible rather than just formally cancelling or updating it. It's such a waste of what looks like really stellar pixel art.
