Ok, everything seems to work now so:
Ntraholic [v4.2.2c] [Tiramisu] Re-Fixed version

1- To put the game in english you will need to:
Default language will be Japanese but if you want to change it , follow this steps.
You need to open the Ntraholic folder, then open the AutoTranslator folder inside. Then open the config.txt inside.
Be very careful to this config.txt. Look at the [General] and only change the Language=(Dont change FromLanguage=!!!)

Chinese:
Language=zh-CN.

Korean:
Language=ko

Japanese:
Language=ja

English(leave the right hand side of the "=" to be empty:
Lanuage=

After you change the txt, close the game and relaunch it.


2-AND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The EASY START from a real hero that made a save file in the past. Nowdays the cheat still working on this version. That means that you can start with the maximum money and more stuff.
So go to his reply, download the file, follow the steps and give him some love.


I´m editing this reply just to add an extra stuff.
The old saves are working so let me share my old save at the end of the game so you just can check all that the game have for you if you know how to find it.

Ntraholic easier mod ONLY FOR 4.2.2c

Chiho won't get nervous when hugging/drunk touch in afternoon tea ( phase 3 )
Always win rock&paper&scissors game
Double the amount of Lilith's power gain(Lewd crest counter)
Pressing space in delivery game makes you dash forward and gains 150 score(get lots of money but you can just cheat engine it so whatever)
Never die in Alice's minigame
Gym increases more stamina limit.(3->30)

usage: replace gamedir\Ntraholic_Data\Managed\Assembly-CSharp.dll with attached one

In the bottom of the original post that I made you have a full save.
Also you have another option, you could have a fresh start but with infinite money.
It's up to you.

The game is complete as of v4.2.2c. No more new content. If a uncensored version is made in the future then it would be included with DX when DX comes out. The dev had to censored the game to release it on DLSite. Only censored games are allowed on that site. The uncensored version we had now was never on DLSite.

I'm not sure cause I played the game year a ago.
I think that you to have infidelity level with shotta and also trigger all message events with him.
But le me repeat that I'm not sure.
Anyways here there is a guide por 3.3.3u, just ricght click and translate the site from japanese to your languaje.

Ending 1: at the hot springs, impregnate Chiho.
Ending 2: at the hot springs, don't impregnate Chiho.
Ending 3: by day 80, don't fully cuck Shota. The couple goes to the hot springs without you. Happy ending for them not for you.
Ending 4: don't corrupt Chiho enough in first part to trigger the NTR phase. Fail the succubus challenge.

I hate that the game makes so much noise about impregnating chiho but doesn't show her pregnant. Just one ending photo of "many years later chiho and her husband are living with a delinquent looking boy." C'mon I wanted to see her having sex with larger breasts (preferably lactating), darker areola and a round belly.

At least Ntrlegend dev included a pregnant ending CG, however basic. For that, Ntrlegend > ntrholic. I was waiting for the true ending all this time and the game just showed me 4 "after stories", not even animated, some with the side characters I am not a fan of. Don't expect the new version will have this either.
