No, after the Spring you go Back and Progress a little further but not much.
Like Cuckhold etc. but after the Impregnant Stuff in the Springs you can also go back to the Spring and start over.

So its like the End.

1 - usually when you use chat (open phone, click Messages and click on character with ! Next to them, that means possible action), the PC sends him the pics on his own if you made the pictures and progressed story far enough.

2. I think you need to make her cum like 5 times in the public threesome scene. If I recall correctly that is.
