I just use the auto translator pathc exe and it seems to bloat my system, can the creator of the translator explain how to find where the exe put the files so i can delete it please?

Anyone knows how to get the last picture? I've completed the game and did the after story, 3p and cuckolding but can't unlock the last picture. The game is bugged when I went back to the onsen trip, I can't leave my room. Pls help, the completionist in me is killing me. Much appreciated.
