I am not the developer but I do understand a bit about human psychology. Usually, there is a motivation behind an action performed by a human.
My suggestion is that you support the developer for at least USD 100 and he might perhaps motivated enough to spend some time finding the best method to make that happened.
Just a general observation, I rarely seen game that support iPhone and/or iOS platform out-of-the-box, in fact I don't even know even a single title that does support it.
There is not a single way that I know of to do this. I would need to publish it on the app store, and they don't accept porn games, I don't think. Sorry.

I am told the app joiplay allows you to play most renpy games on your android phone and that the Mac version works on iphone.
But I've never done either myself.

What are the odds of that?
Seriously, if violence doesn't happen and if you are expected to avoid this in real life, never invite suspicious people, no matter how good of a friend they're supposed to be.

The android version has some problems, menu and options button doesn't work and freezes the game, also the first chris perspective ;(
