As much as I enjoyed the NTR path, as a NTS enjoyer, I have to agree that it was too rushed and poorly done in this game. Netorase consists of real consent (not being coerced or manipulated into it). The girl plainly cheating and him not having much of a say in the matter is still NTR, just of a different variety. The way NTS is portrayed here leads to the logical conclusion that she's gonna leave him for the bull sooner or later (so, NTR).

That said, I think that just by improving the NTS and the overall pacing this game still has the potential to be one of the best in the phone NTR genre. I usually hate it when a developer is deep into the story and decides to remake everything, but this game might actually benefit from it. Unless the dev is confident in that this is how he wants it to be, in which case carry on. I'll still enjoy the NTR portion of the game, as even with its flaws I consider it better than most of the NTR phone games out there.

For those having issue using windows version where the screen crashes. download the compatibility mode file. rename the game name from "NtrGramV0.6.0_windows.exe" to "game.exe" and run the "compability_mode.bat" file, it should open. the only problem is that the game resolution it cannot be changed. Hope this helps courtesy of pawn pleasure who uses the same engine.

P.S PLEASE Do not close the "comand prompt screen" the game will crash.

God I am so tired of these DEVs creating unreal characters. I have in all my 50 years never met a man that has that much love for a woman to stay with them if they did some shit like that. The moment he saw she stayed at dudes house. Bitch we done , his boy is telling him to let her go. Nah motherfucker gives her money instead of telling ask Jake bitch. Then they making fun of him. Fucking ridiculous.

If there's one thing i hate about this kinds of games, its that the dude just doesn't know when to end it. I mean, he already has enough evidence to prove that his gf is a dumb slut and throw her off the bus already and yet he doesn't. His bestfriend, usually the guy who fucks his gf behind back in this kinds of games is the one whos telling him to let go and show abit of respect for himself.

I really hope, the creator actually adds stuff where the MC actuall grows a pair and throws the bitch away.

Nice. For those curious, the RAR is a simple BAT file. Here's an alternative without the download.

Create a text file in the EXE's folder in the following called "something.bat", could be "godot-opengl.bat" "godot-safemode.bat", whatever floats ya boat.

Edit the file and paste in the following:
Code:
@echo off
echo "It is best to quit via your game. This can be minimized."
"%1" --rendering-driver opengl3
Save and quit.

Now for the easy part. Just drag and drop the game's EXE onto the BAT file. No renaming required. The "%1" is replaced with the whatever is dropped on it. Yup, it's re-usable for any Godot based game.

IIRC, unfortunately, it's more complicated to get a batch file to minimize itself. It's not smart enough to be self-referential (unlike Linux where we can tell the GUI to minimize itself.) If it were PowerShell, I think PS can self minimize, but it costs startup time having to spin up.

Its a good game, but what is missing is the possibility to break up with the bitch and get another chick, because seriously, she isn't nothin but a whore, if it was me, I would have said: bitch move on with your fat ass, the hell with your raggedy ass hole......
Just my thoughts.

I think this could turn into an ok first project for the Dev to find their groove. We'll see how things turn out.

Here on out I'm not picking on the Dev. Development is a grind. Been there, left it, it's a 'hobby' of now. This is mostly for community conversation throwing "spaghetti at the wall".

So I just started running through this. Wow. The first few bits of texts and the whole scenario of the phone reset feels identical to NTR Mobile.

Sure, there's limited ways you can start off a game saying you lost your contacts - replaced phone OR phone reset ... but without a sync'd backup restored. All these "mobile" style games should know real folks back up their contacts and know their logins. I've other ideas how to do that but I'm not sharing as I've been thinking about 'hobbying' up one myself. XD

This "mobile" game is written in Godot, where as "NTR Mobile" is made with Unity, and it more mature being around longer. (I like Godot so much more than the labor around Unity or Unreal. It's where I would be starting myself.) It doesn't really matter the engine. It's all about the User Experience (UX).

I'm wondering though, are folks using some kind of community available "Phone styled VN" project?

So many phone-styled games lately are looking the same and NOT like a real phone application that's OS compliant -- like to the Android UX Material design. Some are closer than others to look-n-feel. Most feel "flat". They never feel like using a real phone due to game engine, LOE to make a "real" look-n-feel of a phone, etc.

Alternatively, it would be better to focus on the look-n-feel of a "walled garden" app vs a "full phone experience".

A bad example would be old-school boomer Facebook (or even Linked-In). FB has groups (public & invite-only), chat, DMs, "in-mail", calendars, photo galleries, media clips & streaming (audio & video), auctions/marketplace, personals, and even "3rd party applets", etc.

That "walled garden" would allow for a consistent look-n-feel UX (which leads to immersion) vs floundering & inconsistency of the full phone experience.

A lot of the extra taps in and out of apps really kills the immersion. Modern phones use swipes, backtracing interactions, etc. That can be a real "time sink" to replicate.

I remember working on some mobile stuff before. One of the UX must-not-violate rules was, "if something was more than 2-3 taps away (or deep), you've lost the user." Keeping everything shallow allowed for a more fluid UX and less frustrations.

I think all these "phone experience" games of late really need to re-evaluate and re-factor their game-play loop experience.

If he was smart he could kill two birds one stone. Text his girlfriend the pics and say her best friend sent me these pics wanna explain and tell her shit only her friend would know that she told her. then lie saying she said you don't deserve me stoke the fire. That would cause issues and destroy the friendship.

Don't you know that at least 90%+ people enjoy brainless NTR mc? Actually, most people play NTR games are just thinks they are the bull, and they are torturing sadistically NTR main male characters in their delusional world, while brainless MC struggling. That's why almost all NTR games follows same pattern, brainless, gutless, mini penis main characters and their extremely beautiful wifes, girlfriends or whatevers to waiting that the so-called "bull" steals them. And sadistic and self-centered readers enjoy.

tl;dr - How are you handling Emojis? Which Emoji font(s) are you using in your Godot project?

I've been trying out and playing way too many games in Windows on my dual boot rig -- including yours.

So I just upgraded my rig to dual boot Win11 & Linux Mint 22.1 'Xia' so I get cracking on some AI stuff without the windows bloat.

I suspect this is WINE issue, but your Godot game lacks emojis under WINE. The WINE install is pretty basic.
I'm used to bumping into hangups like this so I don't expect a solution as most Windows devs don't use Linux not fitting their use-case. Many Godot devs do not perform Linux exports. No need to start if Linux isn't your thing.

But I thought I'd share my diagnostics in case you'd like to sort out what could be a game breaking feature.

This could easily be tested in a Virtual Machine (on Windows) running Linux Mint 22.1 XFCE (or debian). Godot games are light weight compared to some Unity & Unreal games. Games like these can use even emulated built-in graphic support.

Code:
# install WINE stuff -- one time only
sudo apt install winetricks # pulls in WINE and dependencies

# my prefix for many of my latest games.
mkdir -p ~/.wineprefixes/unreal5

WINEPREFIX=~/.wineprefixes/unreal5 winetricks -q corefonts dxvk vcrun2022 vkd3d
# had to repeat it just for vkd3d only due to archive.org burping (404)

# play game - the command to re-use every time
WINEPREFIX=~/.wineprefixes/unreal5 wine My_NTR_Girlfriend_v0.5.0.exe

# OR

# play game - the command to re-use every time
WINEPREFIX=~/.wineprefixes/unreal5 wine NtrGramV0.6.0_windows.exe
When texting, I got the emoji UTF-16 symbols not the emoji.

Adding more Fonts via WineTricks, manually copying Google's Noto Color Emoji, then finally my Win11's entire Fonts directory into my into `~/.wineprefixes/unreal5/drive_c/windows/Fonts/` and still could not make Emoji's in either game appear.

Questions:
  • How are you handling Emojis?
  • If a font, which Emoji font(s) are you using in your Godot project?
  • Could it be an issue finding the Font resource? The game(s) have no problem with chat pictures embedding.

Save system for this is still pretty awful.

I can't believe you have to restart the whole damn game for it to work. I am really unsure why that save system is the way it is. Isn't this unity based? Can't you store locally in game?!

:ROFLMAO:
Rather, this description suits those people who simply came not for the plot, but for the lewd pictures and if, as you put it, they would put themselves in the place of the bully, then they would play in other genres or in reverse NTR!

It doesn’t matter what genre the project is, the plot is important(drama, corruption, struggle and not just my girlfriend slept with someone else for no particular reason, but okay i'll start a cuckold diary:ROFLMAO:), and in NTR a good plot is 80% of its success!

It’s just that the forum has become very saturated with the arrival of AI editors for games of the NTR/NTS genre in which there is no plot at all or they copy each other, people come for AI pictures and quick corruption, so leave these stupid discussions about bullys! OK?
The fact that they come to see the humiliation of the MC and experience the pleasure from it - they are, but the fact that when playing the story for such an MC they imagine themselves in the place of a bully is complete nonsense!

I have done more testing. The missing emoji effect surfaces on Linux using:
  • Classic WINE (v9.0)usage
  • Bottles (via Flatpak) with default WINE
  • Heroic Launcher (via Flatpak) using Latest Proton - Hotfix
  • Lutris (via Flatpak) using WINE (v9.0) and Latest Proton - Hotfix
Having the lead (from another game thread) that "twemoji" may be used, I've found the following:
  • All Godot assets for emojis is literally provided by one developer project: Rakugo Team ( ) submitted by Jebedaia ( ). They've created a Ren'Py like VN Dialogue libraries (including Emoji)
  • That developer has deprecated their practically all their previous Emoji (based on twemoji - Twitter Emoji) and VN Dialogue assets
  • Per their , they bring up the point having to leverage Emoji as images, not fonts (which appears to be why they deprecated the others). Plus the challenges of exports to other platforms than genuine Windows (like Web, etc.) having a lack of fonts.
There's other google search showing challenges with using emojis in various ways within Godot. I don't think it specific to Godot either. There's much discussion regarding using Google's Noto emoji and Microsoft's Segoe UI emoji -- displaying, if even installed on a target system, etc.

Looking at vendor github repos (google, microsoft) where they post their emoji font libraries. their "TTF" fonts are distilled from SVG and PNGs. The Rakugo Team solves that problem by using Google's open source font NOTO graphic assets, NOT a True Type Font.

It appears there's no Universal way built into Godot to handle Emojis so they appear properly regardless of export (i.e. Universally). It may be those Godot game developers using (deprecated) may need to test if Godot-Icons-Fonts ( , ) will work them and refactor - a requirement of the trade.

NOTE: If a Godot game developer ever plans on releasing their game on Steam, they will want to make sure there is no Emoji breakage on a Steam deck. If broken, it will harm sales and the developer will be railed on by their player base. And that's not good for anyone's mental health.

This was as good deep dive for me to learn about the emoji challenge as I'm starting to return to development practice via Godot. Especially since I planned on leaning on emoji heavily for icons, placeholders, & "cheap" graphic elements vs. custom assets.
