Hard to see where the dev wants to go with this anyway. I mean, the super-duper important conversation about boundaries basically boils down to "Should we continue?" / "Yes." / end of conversation, so at this stage, if you decide to put on the brakes with Lily regarding Math (hate that spelling, btw), I'm not sure there's a game anymore (sure, there's the nurse/treatment storyline, but that one is odd to say the least, and Lisa's content is absolutely minimal at this stage).
What I mean is, the only things player agency seems to lead to for now is getting less content, not replacing content with something else (case in point: if you're not on Victoria's path, you literally have no chapter 11).
seems to be some script errors I was on the victoria path but it was forcibly skipped anyway.
Also after talking to Dr Weber and doing the picture thing the MC told Lily he refused to do the picture thing and that weber got mad and ignored him.

Also making saves doesn't really work either, it just takes you back to the start of the chapter but messages do not load.

There is a bug for Victoria. I didn't denied the care but this game said I denied the care
And I thought the options in the code are mixed. I tried the option "denied" but I always got the same anwser "denied" (allowed or denied options, you always got denied...).

Actually, my guess is the game is entering final stages. 2, maybe 3 eps more, in the NTR route. NTS will be even shorter, maybe 2, or even 1. I play this game for the first time, so I didn't played in the previous version.
EDIT : The replay works but the option for sub/dom and others options are not display for the episode with Victoria. The option is for the Victoria only, so I can't to continue after the episode with Victoria. This game can to continue the next episodes after replay (it's normal ?)

You don't get the option for sub/dom when you replay ep 11 cause that won't matter in that episode. It only focuses on Victoria so only asks about the Variables that matter for Victoria. When an episode is done after a replay it drops you back where you were when you started the replay it won't continue to the next ep from the replay onward. Il run through the flow tomorrow to see if something is wrong with Victoria's variable's cause when you accept home care it should of course start ep 11 like normal

HEY, HELLO! While you're here, can you confirm or refute that talk about the game progress only in one path, or those eps will be for both NTR+NTS?
And more:
Why simply not adding a "skip to next answer" feature, that way all the messages load at once, until you have to answer something. Don't know how it works on Unity, but in Ren'Py you have an option that does this, and it REEEEALLY helps replaying from zero!

not having a way to rollback to a choice is a really stupid thing to leave out. the game was lagging and wasn't doing anything so i was just clicking the mouse and it finally popped up and i chose something i didn't want. I shouldn't have to start the god damn game over to do this, but even when i try to go back to restart the chapter it just takes me right back to where i was after the choice.
Edit: so i finished the chapter and was able to play it again, but i'm fairly certain you're just replaying at that point? aren't the choices you made the first time the ones that are saved? Ive chosen the dom path and was trying to tell Lily no on continuing with math cause she expressed concern that he was trying to take too much control. so is my latest choice going to be the one that's saved for next chapter or will it choose the first one since it was the original choice? yeah at the end of the chapter replay it straight up says save states are not available during replay so it's going to keep the original choice even though it's not what i meant to pick and i can't change that now. Super lame.
OH, and i also agreed to take the doctors test, but when he's talking to lily he says he didn't.
Edit2: and now that i'm replaying it and get to the choice again i see izzy texted and said she wants math. I'm torn, cause i'm fine with it as long as it's not gonna end up with MC NOT being in control down the line...and it feels like this is saying if i choose it Math will be the dominant Bull and MC will become a sub...and i'm tired of these games all playing out with MC having no power or say in anything.

There's a way, but you'll have to restart from zero! If you go to settings (gear icon), there's an option "Clear Save File"! This will allow you to remake all your choices from the start, and make them definitive. But, yes, you'll have to restart from the beggining!
I think it happened to everyone. Dev is looking into it as we speak (I think, at least, he said he would)!
Unfortunatelly, the indication of this path lead to "NTR", "HUMILIATION" and "DOMINATION", acording to the red ! section. And based on what Math said to MC in the end of ep 10 if you let him have "fun in the showers", and his change of atitude towards Lilly, I guess it will be too late to turn back and situation oficially begins leaving your control! Only for femdom-humiliating-cuckolding fans.
I bet that, in this path, MC will have to lock himself in chastity before the end. And it's probably Izzy who'll make him do it. Since Lilly will eventually stop sending the MC pics (on Math's orders), but will send to Izzy. And then, Izzy'll likely escalate the teasing, using Lilly's pics as blackmail material and make the MC do Sub stuff, including that.
I'll certainlly make a run through it, in a second gameplay to the end, but if you are sensitive to this, then remember Pirelly's motto: "Power is nothing without control"!

Edit: wait you mean the in game hints that i literally just discovered at the end of this update while trying to find a go back feature. So anything that ends is a red exclamation is NTR path?
