I'll be honest I very much hope that you don't use mind control/ hypnosis device. It's the worst form of crutch you could use as a plot device for advancing a game about corrupting a characters morals and it's also the most unsatisfying form of NTR games. I've never seen a good NTR game/ hentai that used mind control/ hypnosis.
However the game is what you make it, and I'm very much more pro-Game Dev's original concept directions, so don't let others influence what you do with your games, I prefer games to be made exactly how the creator(s) intended. An aphrodisiac form of "Mind Control" that is used to fool or trick the intended target character in my opinion is probably the best way to do it, this way it makes sense to understand that this tricks the character into believing that they actually like being corrupted by the antagonist.
That's just my opinion anyways. I'm just more against Mind Control themes because it tends to remove too much free will autonomy from the character. But again, it is what it is and this is your game, don't let my opinion influence your game design direction.
fuck the haters, keep the 3rd leg of a cock, animate it. the only other games that have monster dongs are ones like battle of the bulges where even the women are on steroids.

The school is too huge, it needs to be urgently changed or a separate map needs to be created so as not to get lost. Also, some menu with quest objectives needs to be added, if you skip dialogues then you end up looking for the right audience at random. The AI style, in my opinion, does not always allow you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere (the images seem somehow... "lifeless"?) I will not advise the author of the game to look for an artist for the project (of which there are many, working for free at first, just to raise their reputation), this is already his personal choice. And the last question? Why such HUGE toilets? Some toilets look bigger than classrooms...

Don't be afraid to slow down and build in a little character / personality development for each girl (I know it's THAT type of game but still). Build a bit of a story. It's hard to get invested / be interested in an overused archetype.

Hey ! Good bones for a start, unfortunately, has it has already been said, the map is waaaaaay too large.
Maybe a slower dev with some girls? It's okay if some are more easily corrupted than others, making Rebecca already kind of a slut is a good idea to get fasst scenes, but you shouldn't rush *too* much IMO

Played it again, and here are a few notes:
1) With the sandbox, allow the MC to discover some of the cucking. At two instances come to mind. a) Day one, if we go to the nurses office, let the teacher and the nurse be fucking behind the curtain. MC is too shy to go in/naive to realize what is going on. b) When MC is told rebecca is going to talk to the teacher about somthing, we KNOW what it is going to be, even if the MC is clueless. So let us discover it, say in the nurses office again. Noting big, keep it in line with the pic we see later. Just some general dialogue of, "oh wow. Its big." etc etc etc.
2) As others have said, more of animation would be great. Static imagines are always disappointing.
3) Not sure if the image the friend shares in the computer lab is supposed to be "uncensored" but it is. Also, based on the dialogue, it is obvious its the MC's mother. (or it could be the friends mother.) Either way, it makes little sense for her face to be uncensored and the two boys to NOT realize who it is, regardless of whoever's mother it is. That makes me think it was meant to be censored, but somhow wasn't.
4) I know one of the whole premises of NTR is that the MC is glaringly oblivious. Hence them not recognizing rebecca with the "cock as a censor" trope. However, at least one line of "she does look familiar, I just can't place it." wouldn't be remiss. They are already commenting on the uniform being from their school. To not be like, "that hair looks familiar. How many redheads are in our school" can be excused with a simple, "she looks familar, I just can't place her."
Overall, I like it. Alot. Really like the character art, and appreciate the wide variety of body types, from busty to very petite.
I would love to see additional female student characters added, whether from MC's classroom or another. 3-5 would be ideal. Would also like to see some defloration scenes from some of those characters, where it makes sense for those characters.
I love the teacher's huge cock and the cumflation going on. I always find it hilarious and enjoyable. I would like to see some of the girls, especially some of the smaller ones, struggle to take the cock though. Let it be painful for them at first. Somthing that big doesn't have to slip in all the way every time.

Thanks for all the feedback so far, I've noted down things I agree with and even some I don't just incase I change my mind. The map size will probably not change, but I'll probably add some teleports so you don't have to walk when it's not necessary.
In the future I'm planning on adding random events around the map.
The pictures/images found of girls by Dave are not any of the current girls but from a previous schools the teacher visited.
Progress will increase with the girls every week with some going faster(Rebecca) then others.
Relationships between George and girls will also progress before they get "taken away".
I'm trying to figure out if I can make a discord if people wanne follow progression.

The story is straight-forward, characters have good potential, the artwork is great, and I can see a lot of potential.

4. If possible, allow the player to sneak a peek of what is happening behind closed doors or some hints of what happened. I really like the way this was done in NTR Office - the player gets text message recaps the next day of what happened.
