Yes, Technobrake games is all about NTR or Nympho Female Character (you basically can see that in all his previous games). So, if you aren't the kind who will enjoy any kind of NTR or Nympho, then skip it entirely and don't waste time asking. Vanilla content in this games is implemented and planned for expansion, but overall content may not fit for certain category of people.

- New story content following Leon and Iris after completing the prior main quest
- Hospitaler is introduced to the main game
- New Yarizo Netorase event - Cunninglingus, unlocked after the fingering scene at the desk in your inn room
- New building ‘Casino’ has been added - I believe it is the far left building in the Red Light District
- Casino Netorare event - While the Priestess is wearing the Bunny Girl suit play the slots at the Casino
- Two sexual harassment events added in the Casino
- New costume pieces for the Priestess - Bunny Girl suit, Bunny Girl ears, and Fishnet stockings, obtained by speaking to an old man in the Casino and giving him some used stockings that are obtained from the Potion Maker.

It wasn't super clear but I think some dude approached her while the Male Protagonist was playing the slot machines and assumed she was a staff member bc she is wearing the bunny suit, then he sexually harassed her in some way. In the background you can see a guy in front of her so maybe she is giving him a blowjob or something.
