When you meet Yaziro for the first time, he's about to get killed by angry sailors. Normally, protagonist interferes and saves him, but you can either lose the dice roll, or intentionally refuse to help him if you have 50 insanity points

It was there in the 0.50, after advancing through the main plot far enough.
Until 0.50 you could kill Yarizo with enough insanity after a particular netorase event.

You can also get Kohaku to sell Yarizo off to the dark elfs if she hasn't fallen to his dick yet.

This right here was hilarious when I was experimenting with the game on the various events it has before the bugs kick in. I keep a specific save for this choice and go back to it occasionally.

Why is it a "disservice"? Because the game doesn't cater to only your specific fetish? I've been with this game since the dungeon test and Techno made it clear form the start the game was supposed to cater to multiple fetishes including vanilla, ntr and netorase. And even if Techno has been milking the shit out of this game with half assed updates he's at least consistent with his initial vision as he continues to add scenes for all three fetishes. This bizarre revisionism I keep seeing that this was supposed to be a purely NTR focused game is straight up wrong.

You have to raise her relationship to a certain point. Once you do that, she'll ask you to take her out to find an alchemist. Once you agree the contract will be made and then all you have to do is leave the capital and pick her as a party member.
To be honest, The last time I heard of anything with the Paying portion of his fans was that there were a lot more NTR fans.
Which in my case it was something I was worried about, I would go into detail about this below but I want to say I did fear that it would take away from stuff that was promised for the game.
It's actually and this might be controversial but it is the main reasons why I'm a bit reluctant with Mods for the games at times.
I don't really blame you for feeling that, In fact I would blame Techno than anything here.
His way of adding things to the games and doing updates beyond just how long it takes also failed in just how he does it or rather the things he add. For me he really should have been planning what kinds of updates he wanted to add lest he forms a different impression that he originally was planning for the Game.
You know like what's happening right now. Because while he was adding Vanilla scenes in between those updates, It wasn't enough and there was just as much NTR stuff there and because of that it created this much larger perception of this game being NTR that if he did his updates right should have been. The existence of Giga Jimmy are indication that this game goes beyond just a simple NTR games and quite frankly that and similar concepts should have been added much earlier or spread out much more evenly.
Again this game has NTR and Netori aspect too and so many fetishes both tame and to the extreme. But it's also game where back then had an option where you can turn off NTR and in general had the impression that if you wanted to play Vanilla, It's less like you're missing 80% of the game if you do so but more just 50 or 40% and more like a separate campaign in a game kind of deal.
