No, that's the whole point. It is like you're playing by only the mc's perspective, which in this case he is oblivious about what's happening to the priestess.
I thin there's a way to deactivate the secret NTR on the saveeditor or in-game but i don't know how, anyway, i never activated this option because i want to see Kohaku being screwed up
