I noticed something. If your sex stats are high enough, when the priestess fucks other people, she will sometimes remark that the MC is better than them, and end up increasing her love stat. Thats pretty cool detail.

version.40b is super buggy from what im seeing, you can just run past those goblin if your doing the quest till you get to boss

The difference is you can't see the Priestess cheating behind MC's back when secret ntr is on. Afaik.

Ive found the what I think is fastest way to increase Kohaku love to 110+ if you want to activate NTS just kiss her until her love reach 106 and the buy her ice cream and tell her that you prefer her taste over the ice cream also does anyone knows if TB will add a scene to the peephole in the bathroom or it will be only text?

It'll be like there's something happening, but will be skipped. You only see some dialogue at the beginning and at the end.
