From the old versions, try to download all.
There are much scenes who was deleted, like the drunk guy scene, the shotacon scene, the bestiality scene and various dungeon scenes.

Pretty sure it just gives you an option to be able to view it on your gameplay like if you turned off the Netorare option, scenes in which are considered Netorare won't pop up but they're still technically happening.
