That's the cap at the moment, lv 3 hasn't been implemented. You can use the 'event test' mode in the portable cheat god to see higher level relationship events (up to 5) though.

Yes, you can. Admittingly, you need high normal and sex stats. Then, when Jimmy is going solo, you can pick up women and when fucking them there is a chance they get pregnant (depended on your sex skills).

and to make matters worse I found out that I can't start yarizo sex event, because this message just keeps pops up. My netorase events has been ON for centuries and Lust +200 and Love +120, I can only think this can be a serious glitch, does anyone have a solution?
