You have to see the intro for the "Beach" map, once you do that go back to the PM's store and the quest will be unlocked.

I think you misunderstood me. I'm at the part where he's in the church about to face his girlfriend, and I was able to just walk away and teleport back to the town instead of have my dialogue with him. Now, I am stuck unable to continue the quest because I can't find where that church is to get back in. This is after killing the SECOND tentacle monster. After he's recovered, and he takes us to explore the spot where he was attacked.

Hello my friends, if I may be so forward.
I have come to ask of your help. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to activate the new events, specifically,
A) Where is the werewolf?
B) How do I activate the Yarizo casino events?
C) Is the inn free roam port town event the one where you get a meal and
D) How do I activate the port town erotic events?
These are listed, but the methods by which they are obtained is unclear to me. It is possible that my save is hella bricked, since I can't look at 2 star quests without crashing the game, but please do tell me if you know.

same happens to me..guess wht start over again with the nearest savewell, I tried another save and everything was normal, I think it was the save file that got corrupted,... it was the save where I had the most game time.

I get a critical error and the game crashes whenever I try to look at 2 star quests. Any fix/help?

You can, just sleep at the Inn (not your uncle Inn) and a scene with Yaziro should play
