this quest is not avalible anymore, you need to patch the game witch the patch 0.80a, and 0,80b to unable that quest

Ok, Im really tired of this game, you move forward in several situations and then you get stuck again and again, you need to patch this or that, I want to advance the relationship with the PM who is already at level 4, the only guide I can find is the one at the beginning and it is incredibly outdated, that guide says that to advance with the PM I need to finish the titan step mission which is nowhere to be found and to start that mission I must finish the Dirty Hunters mission which I can't find either, there is no key for the second or third floor of the sewers, I don't know what else to do, I see very advanced saves with things I haven't done and it's a pain in the ass having to review how to do each fucking mission because it doesn't say how to do it anywhere else.
Does the ver 0.8c have the main quest/story now? I came back to see how this game is doing and it seems like the updates of this game is slower than a snail

Is there someone who has a full patched file of the current build? I'm stuck with Orcs getting Kohaku, tried to save her, but couldnt find her anywhere, two caves in the Orc hideout doesnt work...
This game is so buggy, the dev is really untalented or he wants to milk this game for money. I LOVED his previous games. Why is this such a shitshow? A garbage game that needs a decade and half a million USD to be developed.

I haven't played this in a while and despite the game prompting me to
"When you sleep with [blank] in an inn outside the royal capital at night, Yarizo's new bond level will be unlocked", nothing happens when I do so.
