Install patch a, then patch b, and so. Every patch has a "www" folder and patch c has a "csv" folder, those folder have to go in the game's folder, you'll se there are folder with the same name there.

Thanks again I was just doing that but it seems patch d has some sort of an issue , the files inside are out of 'data' folder i guess , should I just skip that and exchange patch e ?

I just installed patch d like that, but I haven't fully tested, so I don't know if that would give any problems later.
After finishing the story with chapter one where am i suppose to go next,
should i go to wilderness town and do the quests there or is there an easier place with 2 star quest before it?

You don't need to wait to finish chapter 1 to rank up to 2 stars, you just need to finish the first story quest in sewers and then get 50 Fame and get the promotion in the guild.
i finished the rat quest a while ago and just hit level 50 but when i talk to the receptionist i don’t get the prompt to promote

Did you installed all the hotfix patches? Patch "a" fix that bug, but I would recommend to install all of them.
cause the last quest i did was looking for the lost kid in the
ah i didn’t know that i needed to honestly also im new to h games in general so where do you find the fixes and how do you get them to work?

In the first page where you downloaded the game you'll find a linked post "Hotfix 0.80e", that's a post I made where I collected the patches, you just have to move the folders mentioned in the "Notes" of that post into the game's folder.
okay so install the hot fixes you posted on the first page and move that stuff into which folder in the game?

To the main folder, inside you will find folders with the same names. You have to overwrite those.
This is really the biggest scam game of our time. The release schedule is a JOKE. You get to wait half a year for a couple of new scenes with the main quest still missing.
another question i replaced all the files with the new ones and it worked im 2 star now but the prompt doesnt show up to take the blessing road quest. is the intro kill rat and the repeatble rat kill quests 2 seperate things? cause when i started i never got a kill 5 rat quest

Can you explain to me step by step how I can play this game without any problems because although I have tried many times, I cannot complete the two-star orange missions in the game, but when I watched the gameplay videos, there were even some that got four stars.
