i downloded... i want to translate a game...what i do now

Open MTool, drag the game's .exe to the big oval, click start game. Once the game starts, click the Translate tab, wait for it to download, click the Start Translation button.

There isnt a way to raise it further on 0.59 or 0.50. For seeing scenes that requires lvl3+, go to the wardrobe on your uncle's inn pick the cheat items and activate event test mode.
