The chinese remake is an unofficial fan game made by chinese. It has no english translation, so good luck trying to play it if you don't speak chinese.

Yes, but it has good events, for example it adds to "sex in the slums" where Yarizzo appears, it adds more things, like they play a bet where if you lose the first one the uterus protection is removed, if you lose the second one, it says that she will get pregnant on her wedding day (no illustration of this shown) and if you lose the last one they leave you as a cuckold and a slave (no illustration of this shown) and everything is in Chinese. I'm quite confused about the whole situation.

I played the ancient 0.45 version and it was good or better said EXTREMELY good. Probably the best Hgame in years. I check now for an updated version and i'm quite lost.

I get the author is quite slow in the completion of the game and there are now 2 version and a unofficial chinese remake?

so basically the 0.75 new version is kind of a sandbox game where i can only work forward to trigger some events while 0.50 is the old version i really like loved to play.

I'd like to ask when will 0.80 version will be released but i fear i won't like the answer

Well, 0.75 released in november. And 0.70 released in august.
So the next update should take about two or three months.
Also, Techno writes in his latest ci-en post that he's trying to quit drinking, so that may or may not speed up his work.

It seems that version 0.8 (Chinese version) has expired, but Liu Yanran (author of the Chinese version) announced that he will release version 1.0 in the next few months, and his telegram group (now unavailable) has released the internal version 0.87. You can only play version 0.8 or wait for the new version to be released.
