The fact that the chinese remake, simply doesn't have the same feeling just makes it even more frustrating.

if you wear plate armor it decreases dex and decreases skill cost to upgrade it. the inverse is true for things that increase skills. the cost to improve skills is based on current level, not base level

oh uhh if you still need help with it, just keep doing her events, eventually she will have one where you recruit her.
