I think it's just a way to distinguish between versions, Alphas being the more "stable" versions of, say for example, 0.21 or 0.25.

AFAIK (which isn't much) alpha comes before beta so I imagine we're still a ways off from a completed game.
Also, can someone assist me in being the filthy cheater that I am? I'm not very good at using CheatEngine as I keep trying to find the values for Strength, Endurance, etc but have had no luck. I tried changing their values on SaveEdit but they keep getting reverted back. I'm not sure if it's because I'm using the wrong variables or what.

It's actually the opposite. In normal software dev, "alpha" is basically a pre-release or proof-of-concept, generally only exposed to a very small audience of testers. "Beta" is usually released to a slightly larger audience for testing purposes/bug-hunting. The "release" version generally doesn't have a suffix. So in theory it would go 0.25a -> 0.25b -> 0.25.

Most every version that is released for this game has an alpha version come out soon after, i.e. 0.21 and 0.21a, this is almost always just the English update and sometimes includes small bugfixes. For example 0.21 is released and only contains the English content up to 0.20 and the new content is in Japanese, then 0.21a comes out and all the new content is in English and any discovered bugs have been hopefully fixed.
To answer your question more directly, no the game is not close to completion. I believe the entire game is currently technically termed an alpha release, however each update also has an alpha version.

I'm curious, how'd you get past the second main quest, where you have to explore the noises on the sewers ? This is the quest right after the Goliath and the nobles' scene.

I mean you don't need two hands, and there are a lot of people who just aren't into PC gaming for one reason or another. Like maybe he doesn't need one and feels like it'd be excessive to buy one for RPM games.

1 hand is holding the phone right? So you gotta move around using your other hands finger or if you hold your phone like a controller then you have your 2 thumbs to do the screen touching.
I can understand playing appstore games like hearthstone or whatever but a RPGM game and one thats porn-centric seems unfit to play on a touchscreen phone. Are you trying to masturbate or are you trying to play an actual RPG story based game and level up and run dungeons lol?
in the last sewer map i think theres a path going to the right side of thhe screen. if u remove the pose art, u will be able to see it
it leads to a map with three jail cells.
