Just make a new folder and Name it "Mod" than it should work! I had the same problem.

I don't think it's NTR with Yarizo either, but has Potion Maker ever lost her pokerface? Judging from the sewer quest and the talk with her on the boat in the grotto, I'm not even sure if she's human

In my opinion she could be frigid with everyone, but would lost her calm with Yarizo to emphasis on the NTR part, but who knows

You must have Netorase at 100 for that event, in my case I use the statistics editor just to see some scenes

can you share the save with 100 netorase? it could be in the prologue

Were the triggers for the Iris scene in the Bathhouse changed? I remember in the past i could trigger it after the Intro Quests with the Rats and Spiders in the Sewers but now i cant find Iris in the Bathhouse anymore, do i have to play more of the main quest first?

You should be able to have her as a companion now, try leaving the main city and it should ask you if you want to bring PM with you.

If you've reached level 4 you should already be able to add her to your party (only outside main city/sewers/inviting her out for a few events in city when solo) as for the stocking you get them from PM after doing one of her relationship events.
