Man, I just check screenshot and saw there is android version AND by the look of those screenshot I guess I not making far at all like bout 30 days in and I forget bout the game and busy with other game. Game like these need it and it is easy content add. position like cowgirl and its many variations like hugging back-turn front-lay-back ride-straight lean-foward(for kiss randomly and drop chest to eye lv when going rouge) , against wall variations depend on how hard u gonna do, cunnling, 69, bj, handjob (I havent make it far soo dont know if she can do it) missionary but she hugging soo you get to face to face and option to kiss. I cannot talk about different positions, I am no dev so I dont know how complicated adding positions is.
For the other thing however I can say she already does act in a significantly sentient way, at least after a bit, how much is her programming is debatable, I also have a theory

A couple of things that bug me about this game:
-There's no "Buy all stocks" button and when you want to buy a shitload of cheap stocks you risk developing carpal tunnel
-Banning in twitch chat is tricky as messages constantly move and you can't scroll so in the end you ban 3 other people you didn't want to ban. I know it's not a big deal as you can safety ignore chat but the mechanic is there so it could be more polished
-During missionary sex scenes the robot would regularly reset her face animations, for example she would be blushing one second and the next second she would have the best poker-face one could muster
-During blowjobs she constantly crosses her eyes, I don't know if it's intentional but it's a bit weird
Other than that the game looks really promising.

Have you found a solution to the right-hand buttons not working most of the time? I'm experiencing the same problem.
Apparently playing in full screen worked for someone. I cannot replicate this bug, so no idea what might be causing it.
If this happens to you can you:
- Open the game
- Try to click one of these buttons
- Close the game
- Get logs from "C:\Users\{Your windows username here}\AppData\LocalLow\IncontinentCell\My Dystopian Robot Girlfriend\Player.log"
- Send them to my email "incontinentcell@gmail.com"

there is a slider so you can buy as many stocks that you have enough money for,
agreed on the banning on the stream but it does get a little easier when you unlock slow mode for chat,
face resets after she has finished her orgasam,
