I had it coming because this whole topic is a grayzone, since there is no well defined definition for these criterias (fun gameplay... very subjective). Like, if you can start a conversation with at least one character then its interactive (very narrow example but you get it). Btw almost all NTRman games have multiple ending (earlys not), though having a multiple endig as flex is a bit lame, because multiple ending = stacked story. Its not a big deal it just makes the game longer. Separate endings are actually just different games/ stories squashed into one game/ story.
The fact that the dev called out its game as unique based on these vague aspects shows that money and "fame" already got its mind (common phenomena with people, specially the younger ones who never handled them, part of the learning curve). While mathematically, its almost impossible to make a unique game nowadays just from the sheer number of games that are available and luckily we live in a time when making games is actually easy (that is why the numbers are so high). There are many good and famous games out there already which are examples to others. Ego is the biggest downfall of entrepreneurs and this devs ego is already inflated (slow patch, binding format, rigid mindset that won't allow change)... shame.
