This could HEAVILY due with some editing. There's definitely some interesting plot and world building somewhere in here, but my eyes glaze over hard at times. There's just so many characters.

It's also very annoying that pretty much everything is said one sentence at a time. You can do paragraphs. Especially with the narration.
