-We are working on developing our skills until the end of 2021 before we commit to one of several product plans we are developing
-in terms of content a short list of hard no's are; scat, full bestiality(this includes heavy furry), NTR, rape/blackmail, ugly bastard, vore
-content that we are semi comfortable with with but are still flexible with excluding; futa, incest, loli, trap
-most of our themes are harem/poly but not all
-not all of our members have the same tastes so we are fine with opposing tastes as long as long as the work has the agreed upon content

Looking for:
-2D artists primarily (3D is fine too)
-programmer in unity or python(pygame mostly but above avg renpy ability is also good)
-anyone with other skills not mentioned are welcome to ask, just note that availability of work will likely be significantly lower

Expectation of Work:
-Interview to see if can work with the team
-evaluate your skills
-set test period of work
-weekly deadlines for work with workload to be negotiated along with compensation

Employment Type:
-for the next 3-5 months unpaid most likely
-beyond 5 months paid is shared from patreon based on predetermined agreement after formal work is has begun
note: the earlier you join the higher chance we will generate profitable content sooner

Work commitment:
-all current members work part time but work commitment is considered on an individual basis

We don't have anything to show other than "we are a group that wants to make adult games of many types". I would expect us to have a full page with more suitable information come December because we are still cleaning up details.

this post is more of a beta introduction, but I'm happy to answer any questions that aren't clear.

I would like to add that a few programmers have reached out so dev wise, work is quite light and close to none as we feel some planning is needed.
